  • Growth Path Goal: Senior Executive Assistant responsibilities at $2,000 USD/month + commissions

  • Highly system-driven, growth-focused, and execution-oriented

  • Require strong executive-level operational support

About the Role

  • High-caliber Executive Assistant acting as a strategic partner across both businesses

  • Not a task-based VA role

  • High autonomy, ownership, and strategic thinking required

  • Start as a mid-level EA with a clear and accelerated path to Senior EA

  • Expected to close operational gaps, manage complex projects, and drive revenue through CRM-led execution

📌 Key Responsibilities

  • Provide seamless dual-business support across SaaS and Luxury Medical Spa operations

  • Primarily support the CEO while maintaining close coordination with the COO

  • Fully own and manage GoHighLevel CRM, including workflows, pipelines, and lead tracking

  • Ensure no leads fall through the cracks through proactive follow-up management

  • Conduct outreach to old and cold Med Spa leads to drive reactivations and bookings

  • Manage projects end-to-end (social media reels, email campaigns, lead follow-up systems)

  • Execute initiatives independently without micromanagement

  • Identify operational gaps, system inefficiencies, and risks before escalation

  • Represent the Med Spa professionally in customer-facing communications and calls

  • Proven, hands-on experience with GoHighLevel CRM (required)

  • Strategic, outcome-driven mindset focused on execution and results

  • Exceptional English communication skills with strong cultural alignment

  • Comfortable with sales-oriented responsibilities and performance-based incentives

  • Confident engaging with leads and converting conversations into bookings

  • High technical literacy across modern admin tools and AI-powered productivity tools

  • Strong self-starter mentality with the ability to operate independently

  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
