💼 About the Role:
The client is seeking a highly driven and organized Lead Intake and Appointment Setting Specialist who will be responsible for managing all inbound and outbound lead communication, with the primary mission of ensuring every lead is properly qualified, categorized, followed up with, and moved forward in the CRM.
This role is heavily phone focused, with most of the day spent making outbound calls, handling inbound inquiries, and booking qualified appointments, making it a critical revenue support position where no lead can be allowed to fall through the cracks.
✨ Key Responsibilities:
You will own the lead communication lifecycle from first contact through appointment booking. This role is not about closing sales, but about qualifying, organizing, and moving leads forward with speed and precision.
Lead Intake and Management
• Answer inbound phone calls and conduct structured customer intake
• Categorize, tag, and assign leads correctly in GoHighLevel
• Manage incoming leads from all channels including phone, web forms, ads, and text
• Ensure every lead enters the correct follow up workflow
• Maintain accurate notes, dispositions, and contact information in the CRM
• Monitor lead status daily to ensure continuous communication
Outbound Calling and Follow Up
• Make 150 to 300 outbound calls per day
• Maintain an expected 15 to 30 live conversations daily
• Cold call new and aged leads using JustCall
• Re engage unresponsive leads according to established follow up processes
• Handle basic objections while keeping conversations moving forward
• Push qualified leads toward the next step without applying sales pressure
Appointment Booking and Handoff
• Qualify leads before booking appointments including location, property type, and basic needs
• Schedule inspections or sales meetings accurately and efficiently
• Ensure a clean and complete handoff to sales or operations teams
• Confirm appointments when required to reduce no shows

🎯 Qualifications & Requirements
Essential Requirements (Must Have)
• Phone Confidence: Strong spoken English with a professional and confident phone presence
• High Volume Tolerance: Ability to handle sustained high volume outbound calling daily
• CRM Discipline: Comfort working inside a CRM with strict data accuracy standards
• Process Adherence: Ability to follow scripts, workflows, and SOPs consistently
• Reliability: Strong attendance, punctuality, and consistency in performance
• Technical Setup: Reliable high speed internet and a distraction free calling environment
Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have)
• GoHighLevel Experience: Prior experience using GoHighLevel or similar CRM systems
• Calling Tools: Familiarity with JustCall or other VoIP dialing platforms
• Lead Generation Background: Experience working with paid ads, inbound leads, or cold outreach teams
• Appointment Setting Experience: Previous role focused on booking meetings or inspections
