About the Role:
The client is looking for a bilingual Digital Marketing Specialist to support the growth of their real estate business. This role will focus on managing social media, building and optimizing marketing funnels, organizing CRM data, and leveraging AI tools to improve efficiency and consistency. The ideal candidate will take ownership of day-to-day marketing efforts while collaborating closely with the client to execute ideas and drive lead generation through strategic content and campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
Social Media & Content Management
- Manage and execute daily posting across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube
- Edit and publish video and visual content aligned with the client’s brand
- Ensure consistency in posting and engagement to grow audience and visibility
Lead Generation & Funnel Management
- Build and optimize lead generation funnels that convert traffic into booked appointments
- Support the creation of surveys or qualification flows that guide prospects into the client’s calendar
- Monitor performance and suggest improvements to increase conversion rates
CRM & Data Management
- Organize, clean, and upload contact databases into the CRM
- Tag and segment contacts to support targeted marketing campaigns
- Maintain accurate records and ensure proper data flow across systems
Paid Media & Marketing Support
- Support the execution and management of Meta ads and other paid campaigns
- Assist in audience targeting and campaign optimization
- Track basic performance metrics and report insights
AI & Process Optimization
- Leverage AI tools to improve content creation, efficiency, and workflow automation
- Identify opportunities to streamline repetitive tasks
- Support the implementation of new tools or systems as needed
Qualifications & Skills
Must
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
- Experience in digital marketing, social media management, sales or lead generation
- Experience managing or creating content for platforms like Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn and Facebook
- Familiarity with CRM systems and data organization
- Experience running or supporting paid ads campaigns
- Basic understanding of SEO and content strategy
- Experience building or managing marketing funnels
Preferred
- Experience in real estate is strongly preferred
- Familiarity with Command CRM or similar platforms
