• The Client is seeking a highly skilled AI Video Content Specialist to lead the creation of hyper-realistic digital spokesperson content

• This role goes beyond simply “using tools”—you are an architect of realism, blending technical precision with creative flair

• You’ll produce video assets that blur the line between AI and live-action footage

• As a core member of the creative team, you’ll build end-to-end AI pipelines that transform text into high-fidelity, scroll-stopping video content for global social platforms 🌍📱

🎯 Key Responsibilities

• 🤖 Hyper-Realistic Avatar Synthesis

  • Develop and deploy lifelike AI avatars using advanced synthesis tools (e.g., HeyGen, HeyGen Interactive, ElevenLabs)

  • Create spokesperson content that is indistinguishable from live-action footage

• 🧠 End-to-End AI Production Pipelines

  • Architect and execute complex workflows integrating Neural Text-to-Speech (TTS), lip-sync synchronization, and generative video environments

  • Deliver seamless, high-fidelity visual assets from concept to final output

• 🎨 Visual Fidelity & Realism Optimization

  • Fine-tune AI-generated outputs through post-production realism checks

  • Adjust lighting, skin textures, and micro-expressions to eliminate the “AI look” and achieve a polished, human feel

• 📈 Platform-Native Growth Engineering

  • Optimize AI video content for Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook

  • Ensure correct aspect ratios, pacing, hook styles, and alignment with current social algorithms

• 🧪 Prompt Engineering & Iterative Refinement

  • Master technical prompting to minimize artifacts and glitches

  • Maintain consistent real-world aesthetics across scenes, scripts, and formats

• 👁️ Social Fluency
