About the Role:
The client is seeking a highly driven Marketing & Sales Implementation Specialist with a strong bias toward persuasion, execution, and revenue impact. This is not an administrative VA role. This is an implementation-focused marketing role for someone who understands sales psychology first and wants to grow into a strategic operator.
You will work closely with the founder and internal team to execute revenue-producing marketing initiatives including funnels, email campaigns, webinars, and engagement workflows. This role requires ownership, initiative, and the ability to turn direction into action without constant supervision.
🔑 Key Responsibilities
Set up and manage funnels, automations, tagging, and email workflows in Kajabi
Build, update, and optimize email sequences, segmentation, and tag logic
Repurpose lead magnets into evergreen funnels and automated flows
Monitor webinar registrations, attendance, and follow-up sequences
Manage Bitly links and performance tracking
Draft, edit, and assemble conversion-focused email and marketing copy using provided frameworks
Write engagement-driven social posts, first-comment prompts, and replies
Schedule and publish content across social platforms
Reorganize and refine marketing sequences to improve clarity and conversions
Coordinate webinar backend operations using Zoom, Kajabi, and email reminders
Manage and clean email lists and databases
Perform basic video editing for testimonials, webinar clips, and short-form content
Build and update landing pages using provided frameworks
Maintain tracking sheets, dashboards, and performance reports
Manage inbox replies, community messages, and engagement conversations
Send reminders, SMS messages, and manual follow-ups
Support onboarding of new customers and members
🎯 Qualifications & Skills
Strong understanding of sales psychology, persuasion, and buyer behavior
Fluent written English with strong persuasive writing skills
Experience executing marketing campaigns within at least one funnel or marketing platform
Familiarity with Kajabi and/or ClickFunnels
High level of technical comfort with automations, tagging, and tracking
Proven experience in marketing support, sales enablement, or funnel operations
Strong ownership mindset with proactive problem-solving skills
Comfortable with video calls, voice notes, Loom recordings, and screen sharing
Experience or familiarity with webinar management tools
Basic video editing skills using tools such as CapCut, Descript, or similar
CRM and email list segmentation experience
Familiarity with LinkedIn content and direct messaging workflows
Landing page building and basic design experience
Working knowledge of tools such as ChatGPT, Zoom, Slack, Bitly, Canva, Loom, and LinkedIn
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines without overwhelm
Clear, professional, and direct communication style
Strong interest in marketing psychology, optimization, and revenue growth
Understanding of U.S. business culture and online entrepreneurship is a plus
