About the Role:

 

We are looking for a highly articulate, driven, and authoritative Appointment Setter to spearhead our client acquisition efforts. This is a unique career opportunity; as the first core office hire for our rapidly growing luxury residential and commercial installation business, you will start on the front lines of outbound sales with the explicit expectation to transition into a Team Leader or General Manager role within the next 3 to 6 months as we scale the team.

 

The ideal candidate possesses a commanding phone presence, thrives on overcoming objections, and has the strategic mindset required to eventually manage a team, monitor KPIs, and optimize lead generation strategies.

 

Key Responsibilities

Phase 1: Appointment Setting & Lead Generation (Immediate)

  • Outbound Outreach: Conduct high-volume cold calling and strategic outreach to high-end prospects for luxury residential and commercial installations.
  • Appointment Setting: Qualify inbound and outbound leads, build immediate rapport, and successfully book qualified discovery/sales calls.
  • Objection Handling: Confidently navigate pushback and handle complex sales objections to turn cold leads into warm opportunities.
  • Brand Representation: Represent the business with the utmost professionalism, maintaining the elite image required for a luxury clientele.

Phase 2: Sales Closing (Mid-Term)

  • Pipeline Management: Transition from booking appointments to actively running sales calls and closing high-ticket residential and commercial deals.
  • Relationship Management: Nurture long-term relationships with general contractors, luxury home builders, and commercial property managers.

Phase 3: Team Leadership & Management (Long-Term)

  • Team Expansion: Assist the business owner in onboarding, training, and overseeing a future internal office team of 4 to 5 people.
  • KPI Tracking: Monitor, analyze, and report on daily/weekly team metrics (e.g., call volumes, conversion rates, closed revenue) to optimize performance.
 

Qualifications & Skills

 
  • Experience: 3–5+ years of proven success in outbound sales, cold calling, appointment setting, or business development.
  • Language Skills: Exceptional, flawless verbal and written English fluency. Must sound highly professional, confident, and authoritative on the phone to engage high-net-worth clients and commercial stakeholders.
  • Bilingual Advantage: Spanish/English bilingual proficiency is highly preferred to assist with future market expansion.
  • Leadership Traits: A proactive, strategic personality with a long-term career mindset. You are someone who wants to grow with a company, not just clock in and out.
  • Presentation: Presentable and professional on camera, as future sales and management phases will require video calls.
  • Technical Setup: Familiarity with modern CRMs and dialers. Must have a secure, reliable internet connection and a professional-grade headset. Salesforce experience may be beneficial.
