Job Description: Bilingual Sales Closer
Role Overview
The client is transitioning their sales function to bring on a senior-level, bilingual Sales Closer who can take complete ownership of the sales pipeline—from driving initial interest to successfully closing high-value business funding deals. Moving away from a traditional outbound BDR structure, this role requires a strategic closer capable of independently managing relationships, enrolling affiliate partners, and securing high-ticket contracts. The primary focus is on securing quality over quantity, targets are based on total funded volume rather than just deal count.
• Job Title: Bilingual Sales Closer
• Job ID: CYNREG1

• Location: Open to LATAM, South Africa, Morocco, & Egypt
• Work Schedule: 1:00pm to 6:00pm Monday to Friday EST (with a structured path to full-time)
• Target Start Date: ASAP
Compensation & Structure
This is a fully commission-based role designed for high-performing sales professionals. Compensation is directly tied to closed deals and affiliate partnerships:
- Business Funding Deal: Earn $350 for every business funding deal you originate that successfully closes.
- Affiliate Network Revenue: Earn $100 for each funded client generated through affiliate partners you enroll.
- Earning Potential: Full-time representatives typically generate 5 to 10 funded deals per month. Because average client funding ranges from $50,000 to $150,000+, closing just 2 or 3 high-quality deals can quickly meet performance milestones.

- The first 3 months of employment will serve as a probation period to evaluate performance, deal quality, and alignment.
The role starts as part-time (25 hours/week) with clear, volume-driven tiers to unlock full-time hours:
• Tier 1: Increase to 35 Hours/Week
Requirement: Close $250,000 or more in funded deals within any single-month period during the 3-month probation.
• Tier 2: Increase to 40 Hours/Week (Full-Time)

- Identify, pitch, and onboard affiliate partners and referral networks to establish continuous lead generation channels.
