They specialize in helping small to medium-sized business owners transition from being "operators" of their business to true "owners." Led by an experienced coach with a background in operational excellence, the firm operates with a results-oriented, high-accountability culture dedicated to transforming the local business landscape.
- About the Role:
We are seeking a resilient, performance-oriented "Hunter" to drive our growth. This is not a
"customer service" or "admin" role; it is a high-intensity outbound sales position. Your mission is
to identify, research, and convert prospects into booked meetings through aggressive calling,
disciplined follow-up, and expert pipeline management. You must be comfortable with high
rejection, self-starting your own research, and pushing toward aggressive KPIs without constant
supervision.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Sourcing & Research: Independently research and build targeted calling lists from the internet based on approved industries, geography, and business size. (Note: No lists are provided; you must build your own database).
- High-Volume Outbound Activity: Execute daily calling cadences. You will be responsible for the "front end" of the sales cycle, turning cold data into warm conversations.
- Expert GHL User: Fully leverage GoHighLevel CRM. This includes importing the databases you create, utilizing the calling/power-dialer features, and optimizing/managing workflows and opportunities.
- Appointment Setting: Convert outbound conversations into booked discovery meetings. You are responsible for the quality of the meeting and ensuring the prospect is qualified.
- Strategy & Objection Handling: As a seasoned pro, you will collaborate with the Coach to create and refine scripts and objection-handling rebuttals based on real-time market feedback.
- Accountability & Reporting: Track and communicate daily outreach activity (dials, talks, bookings) with a focus on ownership of results.
- Qualifications & Skills
- Experience: Minimum 3+ years in outbound cold calling, appointment setting, or hunter-style sales.
- Technical Proficiency: High-level GoHighLevel (GHL) experience is mandatory (including data imports, dialer functionality, and workflow management).
- Personality Type: High "D" (Dominance) and "i" (Influence) DISC profile. Must be results-driven, thick-skinned, and possess a high sense of urgency.
- Communication: Assertive and professional verbal/written skills; able to command respect and build rapport with high-level decision-makers.
- Process Mastery: Ability to hit the ground running with zero hand-holding on lead sourcing or CRM mechanics.
