ROLE OVERVIEW About the Client: The client is a growing contracting and property maintenance company focused on commercial projects and recurring maintenance services. The company is expanding its sales operations and relies heavily on marketing to generate qualified leads and recruit sales representatives. The marketing function plays a key role in driving exposure, consistency, and pipeline growth.
About the Role: This role is responsible for executing marketing strategies focused on lead generation and recruitment marketing. The Digital Marketing Manager will create and manage content, paid advertising, and outreach campaigns designed to attract both potential clients and sales representatives. This position combines creative execution (design and video) with operational follow-up to ensure leads are organized, qualified, and ready for the sales team to close.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing Strategy and Execution
Execute marketing strategies to generate commercial leads and support sales growth.
Create recruitment-focused marketing campaigns to attract high-quality sales representatives.
Ensure consistent posting schedules and campaign execution across all channels.
Content Creation and Graphic Design
Design clean and professional graphics for social media, ads, flyers, thumbnails, and branding materials.
Edit promotional and recruitment videos using provided raw footage to explain services and opportunities.
Create visual and written content aligned with marketing objectives.
Paid Advertising
Manage and optimize paid ad campaigns across Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google, and YouTube.
Create ad creatives focused specifically on lead generation and recruitment.
Monitor performance metrics and continuously adjust campaigns for better results.
Lead Generation, Organization & Appointment Setting
Generate inbound leads through marketing efforts and maintain organized lead databases (CRM/Spreadsheets).
Segment leads and prepare them for handoff to the sales team.
Conduct follow-up via email, SMS, and calls as part of the marketing campaign cadence.
Explain services or opportunities to prospects during the qualification process.
Schedule appointments so the sales team can focus on closing.
Qualifications & Skills
Native or near-native fluency in both Spanish and English (Bilingual).
Proven experience in digital marketing with a strong focus on lead generation.
Hands-on experience creating and managing marketing campaigns from idea to execution.
Strong graphic design skills with the ability to create clean, professional visuals for ads/social media.
Experience editing videos using raw footage to create promotional content.
Solid understanding of paid advertising platforms (Meta Ads, Google Ads, YouTube Ads).
Ability to analyze ad performance and optimize campaigns to improve lead quality.
Comfortable conducting outreach and follow-up via email, SMS, and phone calls.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new tools quickly.
Required Tools and Knowledge
Paid Ads Platforms: Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, YouTube Ads.
Design Tools: Canva, Adobe Creative Cloud, or similar.
Video Editing: CapCut, Premiere Pro, or equivalent software.
CRM/Organization: Google Sheets, Excel, or standard CRM platforms.
Communication: Email marketing tools and SMS platforms.
AI Tools: Familiarity with AI tools to improve content creation and efficiency.
Nice to Have
Experience in the contracting, property maintenance, or real estate industry.
Experience specifically in recruitment marketing (attracting talent).
Experience with appointment setting or SDR-related tasks.
