- About the Client:
- The client is a high-volume automobile dealership specializing in Buy Here, Pay Here (BHPH) financing, focusing on structuring deals upfront to ensure customer success and consistent cash flow.
- About the Role:
- This is a fast-paced, phone-heavy role where you will act as the first point of contact for inbound leads. Your primary goal is to convert inquiries into qualified, high-quality showroom appointments while maintaining strong pipeline discipline and follow-up.
🔑 Key Responsibilities
- Respond immediately to all inbound leads via phone, SMS, social media, and website channels
- Qualify prospects by discussing credit status, down payment capacity, and monthly budget
- Set and confirm in-person showroom appointments with clear expectations on pricing and required documentation
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of all interactions within the CRM
- Manage and organize the sales pipeline to ensure no lead goes cold
- Execute consistent and strategic follow-up sequences for unresponsive or long-term leads
- Work daily on active lead lists to maximize opportunities and conversions
- Apply structured deal-first approach by assessing financials before matching vehicles
- Collaborate with sales and management teams on high-priority leads and active deals
🎯 Qualifications & Skills
- Native or near-native English fluency (C1 level required); Spanish is a plus
- Strong sales mindset with confidence discussing finances, credit, and budgets
- Excellent phone presence with a direct, proactive, and professional communication style
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple conversations across channels simultaneously
- Experience using CRM systems such as Dealer Center, GoHighLevel, or HubSpot
- Proficiency with Google Workspace and Excel
- Ability to work in a high-energy, performance-driven environment
- Strong follow-up discipline and attention to detail in data entry and tracking
- Preferred profile: professional, approachable, and confident tone with strong client-facing skills
