• Dining & Lounges: On-property dining venues, including Guam’s only Brazilian barbecue and VIP lounges

• Wellness & Retail: Full-service spa and 24-hour essential boutique
About the Role
The client is looking for a creative and strategic Social Media Virtual Assistant to manage and grow the digital presence of the hotel and its diverse sub-brands.
You will:
• Transform raw assets into high-performance content
• Drive engagement and convert followers into guests and customers
• Be the digital architect for upcoming restaurants, lounges, and the new whiskey retail store
Key Responsibilities
• Multi-Channel Management: Maintain and grow social media profiles (Facebook, Instagram, etc.) for the hotel, lounges, and dining venues
• Content Creation & Editing: Use professional photography and video assets to create engaging Reels, Stories, and posts
• Brand Launch: Lead the digital launch of the whiskey boutique, building social presence and brand identity from scratch
• Graphic Design: Design digital flyers, promotional materials, and monthly offer campaigns
• Performance Marketing: Implement engagement strategies to navigate social media algorithms and drive conversions
• Cross-Department Coordination: Act as the central marketing resource for General Manager, Sales, Retail, and other stakeholders
• Web Page Creation: Assist with creating and updating web content as needed
Qualifications & Skills
• Social Media Expertise: Proven experience managing business accounts with organic growth and community engagement focus
• Advanced Video/Image Editing: Proficiency in CapCut, Canva, Adobe Suite, or similar tools
• Cultural Alignment: Understand and adapt to trends and communication styles of Guam and international tourism markets
• Industry Experience: Hospitality, Tourism, or Luxury Retail preferred
• Technical Readiness: Reliable high-speed internet, backup PC, and backup power supply

• Creative Storyteller: Ability to capture the luxury experience in short, engaging formats
• Self-Starter: Comfortable generating a full week of content from raw assets without constant oversight
• Organized: Skilled at managing multiple brand voices across different ventures
