💼 About the Role
This is a high-impact, front-line sales support role designed to fuel the growth of the client’s Litigation Support division. As a Virtual SDR, you will partner closely with a Senior Sales Executive and take ownership of the initial outreach stage of the sales cycle.
Your role is to build rapport with high-level litigators and legal professionals using an omni-channel approach (phone and email). You are not responsible for closing deals—your success is measured by generating interest and securing warm introductions for Vice Presidents. This role requires confidence, resilience, and the professional polish to represent a premier brand to sophisticated legal audiences.
✅ Key Responsibilities
📞 Outbound Outreach
• Execute high-volume cold calling and email campaigns using curated lists in HubSpot
• Pivot seamlessly between scripted calls and personalized follow-up emails
📅 Appointment Setting
• Identify qualified, interested prospects
• Coordinate meetings and introductions for senior sales leaders
🌟 Brand Representation
• Act as the face and voice of the brand with a warm, bubbly, and professional demeanor
• Deliver a strong first impression aligned with a high-end legal services brand
🔁 Lead Nurturing & Tracking
• Manage structured follow-up workflows, including coordinating delivery of physical marketing materials when required
• Track calls, emails, engagement, and outcomes accurately inside the CRM
🎯 Qualifications & Skills
❗ Non-Negotiable Requirements
• Education: College degree required (Communications or Law background strongly preferred)
• Communication: Exceptional English fluency with a neutral, British, or South African accent
• Professional Presence: High energy, polished appearance, and confident on video and calls
• Resilience: Comfortable handling objections and cold outreach with professionalism and charm
⭐ Preferred Experience
• Prior experience as an SDR, BDR, or outbound appointment setter
• Experience calling into legal or litigation support industries
• Familiarity with HubSpot or similar CRM platforms
