About the Role:
The Real Estate & Business Brokerage Appointment Setter will be responsible for outbound outreach to property owners and business owners with the goal of generating qualified appointments for the sales team. This role is primarily phone-based, utilizing an auto-dialer system to conduct cold calls, supported by follow-up email communication. The ideal candidate is comfortable engaging with decision-makers, navigating gatekeepers, and handling objections while maintaining a professional and engaging tone. This is a performance-driven role where consistency, resilience, and strong communication skills are key to success.
Key Responsibilities
Outbound Calling & Prospecting
- Conduct high-volume outbound calls using an auto-dialer system to contact property and business owners
- Engage prospects in conversations حول potential sale or succession planning opportunities
- Follow provided scripts while maintaining a natural and engaging tone
Appointment Setting
- Qualify leads based on interest and fit
- Schedule appointments with the client’s team using tools like Calendly
- Ensure all meetings are set with accurate and complete information
Email Outreach & Follow-ups
- Send follow-up emails to prospects as part of a multi-touch outreach strategy
- Respond to inbound email replies and convert them into scheduled calls
- Maintain consistent communication across both phone and email channels
CRM & Pipeline Management
- Track all outreach activities, calls, and follow-ups in the system
- Maintain organized records of contacted prospects and next steps
- Manage follow-up schedules to ensure no opportunities are missed
Qualifications & Skills
Must
- Advanced English proficiency with strong speaking and comprehension skills
- Proven experience in cold calling, appointment setting, or outbound sales
- Experience in real estate, especially commercial real estate
- Background working with high-ticket sales or B2B outreach
- Experience handling objections and navigating gatekeepers
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with CRM systems or auto-dialer tools

- Experience in business acquisition or M&A-related outreach
