About the Client:
Our Client is an experienced entrepreneur transitioning from a 37-year career in general contracting to full-time real estate investing, and is seeking a highly skilled Lead Generation & Marketing Virtual Assistant to support and grow his acquisitions pipeline.
About the Role:
This role is ideal for a proactive, detail-oriented VA with proven experience in real estate lead generation, cold calling, marketing operations, and CRM management.
You will play a critical part in helping our client stabilize and scale his motivated-seller lead flow as he grows his investment portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct cold calling to motivated-seller lists and manage call outcomes.
Run SMS/text campaigns using REI tools and platforms.
Coordinate and manage direct mail campaigns.
Perform lead intake, qualification, and nurture follow-up.
Update lead records, notes, tasks, tags, and pipelines for accuracy.
Track KPIs, marketing activity, and performance data.
Assist with general administrative tasks related to acquisitions and marketing.
Maintain communication consistency across outreach channels.
Assist in building, rebuilding, and managing acquisition funnels.
Create and execute basic marketing tasks to support consistent lead flow.
Manage and optimize REI-specific tools such as:
REI BlackBook
Dealdriven
Profit Drive
Additional CRM or marketing platforms as needed
Qualifications & Skills
Experience in Real Estate Investing (REI), particularly acquisitions, wholesaling, or motivated-seller marketing.
Strong cold calling and outbound lead generation background.
Proficiency with REI CRMs such as REI BlackBook and Profit Drive.
Skilled in managing marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
Reliable, organized, and consistent with follow-through.
Fluent English communication skills, written and verbal.
Self-starter with the ability to work independently and manage deadlines.
Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new platforms quickly.
