Lead and optimize digital recruitment marketing strategies to ensure a steady pipeline of field staff nationwide.
Monitor ad performance, identify high-converting channels, and scale campaigns strategically.
Support voter integrity operations through high-speed visual data verification and signature matching.
Operate in a hybrid role that combines recruitment marketing, candidate funnel management, and data accuracy with strong potential for leadership growth.
📌 Key Responsibilities
Plan, launch, and manage recruitment ad campaigns across Meta (Facebook/Instagram), YouTube, and Indeed using AI-assisted tools
Monitor ad performance metrics and optimize campaigns based on conversion and foot traffic data
Manage ad budgets and prepare clear invoices for approval and execution
Network within industry-specific Facebook groups and directly message experienced signature gatherers nationwide
Verify voter signatures against database and physical records with high accuracy
Identify and interpret English handwriting and names for validation purposes
Perform high-speed data entry using hotkey navigation and spreadsheet-based systems
Respond to candidate inquiries, distribute screening questionnaires, and issue contracts
Support onboarding by directing qualified candidates to physical office locations
Track and report performance metrics including daily show-up rates and source effectiveness
Conduct high-priority research such as sourcing legal counsel or identifying potential investment partners
Maintain professional English correspondence with candidates, partners, and stakeholders
🛠️ Qualifications & Skills
Exceptional English fluency, both written and verbal
Strong proficiency with Meta Ads Manager and CRM lead forms
Experience managing digital recruitment campaigns and lead funnels
Fast typing speed of at least 50+ WPM
High level of accuracy and comfort with repetitive, high-speed data tasks
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret ad performance metrics
Proactive, strategic thinker focused on optimization and process improvement
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
Comfortable handling sensitive voter data with confidentiality and integrity
Self-motivated and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
