You’ll have access to a goldmine of 8,500+ warm and dormant leads, proven systems, and real earning upside through commissions. If you love high activity, direct conversations, and winning deals, this role is for you. 💪


🧩 About the Role

As an Appointment Setter, you’ll be responsible for converting inbound interest and re-engaging dormant leads into qualified, high-intent appointments for a 10-week consulting container.

This is a hunt-style role. You won’t wait for leads—you’ll actively work inside the CRM, email campaigns, and social platforms to book serious business owners directly into closing sessions.

Expect fast pace, high volume, and real accountability. 📈


🛠️ Key Responsibilities

🔍 Lead Mining & Email Management

  • Monitor and actively “mine” Instantly email automation campaigns

  • Manage inboxes, sub-folders, and prospect replies (1,500+ active leads)

  • Ensure accurate syncing and updates inside Go High Level


📲 Multi-Channel Outreach

  • Execute high-volume outreach via Facebook & Instagram DMs, Text, and Email

  • Conduct screening or qualifying calls (for candidates with exceptional English fluency)

  • Follow up relentlessly while maintaining professionalism


🎯 Lead Qualification

  • Vet prospects in DMs to confirm motivation, budget, and readiness

  • Skip unnecessary intro calls whenever possible

  • Book prospects directly into closing calls


🧠 Objection Handling

  • Confidently handle objections such as:

    • “I’ve been burned by coaches before”

    • “My business is already doing fine”

  • Dig into operational pain points and uncover hidden profit leaks


🧾 CRM Hygiene & Performance

  • Maintain 100% CRM accuracy in Go High Level

  • Log all conversations, status changes, and pipeline updates in real time

  • Consistently target 20 qualified appointments per week 🎯


🎓 Qualifications & Skills

✅ Required

✔️ Proven experience in appointment setting or outbound sales
✔️ Fluent, high-level English communication (direct, confident, professional)
✔️ Strong experience managing Social Media DMs
✔️ Comfortable with high-volume outreach and persistent follow-ups


🌟 Highly Preferred

  • Experience with high-ticket offers ($10K+)

  • Working knowledge of Go High Level (CRM) and Instantly (Email Outreach)

  • Background in Home Services / Trades (HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical, etc.)
