About the Role:
The Marketing Implementation & Operations Lead is the engine of the department. This is a high-autonomy, execution-focused role designed for a "doer" who can take strategic direction from senior leadership and turn it into a perfectly functioning reality. You aren't defining the "where" or the "why"—you are mastering the "how" and the "when," ensuring every campaign is deployed with technical precision and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Execution Planning & Workflow Mapping: Break high-level strategy into granular project plans, task assignments, and timelines.
Traffic Control: Manage daily workflow of the implementation team, balancing capacity to prevent bottlenecks.
Proactive Problem Solving: Identify and flag operational risks or resource gaps before they impact deadlines.
Hands-on Technical Implementation: Own GoHighLevel, Shopify, and ManyChat to implement campaigns accurately.
Ads Execution: Independently set up, launch, and optimize Meta Ads Manager campaigns according to objectives.
Automation: Build and test sophisticated chat and CRM workflows to ensure seamless lead-to-customer journeys.
Team Oversight & Quality Control: Assign tasks, provide clear briefs, and act as final quality gatekeeper.
Accountability: Ensure deadlines are met without sacrificing technical integrity.
Structured Reporting: Provide concise updates on implementation progress, campaign health, and operational throughput.
Information Flow: Maintain transparency between ads, CRM, and content teams to avoid silos.
Qualifications & Skills
Proven expertise in GoHighLevel or similar CRMs.
Hands-on experience with Shopify and Meta Ads Manager (implementation & optimization).
Experience managing and supervising small to mid-sized teams.
Process-driven with strong SOP and checklist discipline.
High autonomy and ability to execute advanced technical tasks independently.
Strong problem-solving skills and proactive mindset.
Familiarity with project management tools such as Asana, ClickUp, or Monday.com.
Comfortable working in fast-paced, startup-like environments.
Excellent written and spoken English (C1 level required).
