🎯 About the Role

We are looking for a high-energy, disciplined Pipeline Owner to serve as the engine of our sales process.

  • This is not a passive data-entry or technical back-end role

  • Your mission: no lead goes cold and no estimate goes un-followed

  • You own the customer journey from first inquiry to closed sale

While we use cutting-edge AI and GoHighLevel (GHL) automations, your role is to be the “human in the loop”:

  • Supervising AI conversations in real time

  • Stepping in with expert judgment when a human touch is needed to close or course-correct


🔑 Key Responsibilities


🚀 Pipeline Ownership & Lead Velocity (Primary Focus)

  • Speed to Lead:

    • Respond to and qualify inbound leads (Facebook, Google, Website) within minutes

    • Serve as the first line of defense for new inquiries

  • Relentless Follow-Up:

    • Actively manage the Estimate Sent stage

    • Follow up persistently on proposals to maximize close rates

  • Pipeline Hygiene:

    • Maintain a zero-leak pipeline

    • Move leads through stages (Qualified → Appointment → Proposal → Sale)

    • Kill dead leads immediately to keep data clean

  • Commercial Outreach:

    • Conduct cold outreach to targeted commercial prospects during low-traffic periods


🤖 AI Supervision & Live Intervention

  • Active Monitoring:

    • Monitor live AI conversations inside GHL

  • Human Takeover:

    • Pause AI and step in when messaging is unclear or a lead is ready to book

  • Quality Control:

    • Flag AI errors and workflow issues for the technical team to resolve

    • Ensure the customer experience remains premium


📈 Coordination & Revenue Growth

  • Crew Feedback Loop:

    • Act as the central hub for Crew Leaders

    • Document daily reports and identify upsell opportunities

    • Examples: additional mulch, seasonal services

  • Review Management:

    • Systematically request Google Reviews from satisfied customers

    • Help build brand authority and online reputation ⭐


🧠 Qualifications & Skills

  • Owner Mindset:

    • You feel uncomfortable when a lead sits untouched

    • You act without waiting for instructions

  • Sales Instincts:

    • Strong objection handling

    • Ability to build rapport fast

    • Confidently ask for the appointment

  • Bilingual Fluency:

    • Native or near-native Spanish and English (mandatory)

  • GHL Familiarity:

    • Comfortable navigating GoHighLevel conversations, opportunities, and tags

    • Tech-savvy (no developer skills required)

  • Productivity Transparency:

    • Comfortable using Hubstaff for time tracking and performance visibility
