As they continue to expand their portfolio, they are seeking two dedicated remote professionals to join their growing operations team. 🚀


💼 About the Role

This multifaceted role combines virtual front desk hospitality with digital growth.

You will be responsible for welcoming guests to our hotel during the peak check-in window while also utilizing your technical and creative skills to maintain our online presence and property listings.

🔑 Key Responsibilities

👋 Guest Check-In & Welcome
Handle all afternoon "Front Desk" duties, including making welcome calls, providing room codes/keys, and assisting arriving guests via phone and text.

💻 Website Maintenance
Update WordPress sites (inpittsburgh.com and colivingpittsburgh.com). This includes swapping photos and adding/removing property listings based on availability.

📱 Social Media Marketing
Manage and grow our social media presence through regular posting, content updates, and community engagement.

💬 Digital Correspondence
Manage high-volume text-based communication, including arrival instructions and amenities information.


🎯 Qualifications & Skills

🧠 Technical Expertise
Proficiency in WordPress is required. Experience with social media management tools and Canva (or similar) is a plus.

🤝 Hospitality Mindset
A friendly, approachable, and professional phone manner for welcoming guests.

🗣 English Fluency
Excellent written and spoken English for professional guest interaction and marketing copy.

🕑 Schedule Flexibility
Must be comfortable working the 2:00 PM – 8:00 PM shift (which may be overnight depending on your global location).

🌐 Infrastructure
A stable, high-speed internet connection is required for consistent VOIP calling, with backup power and internet connection.
