A fast-growing window cleaning and home services company based in Florida is seeking a highly professional, full-time Virtual Assistant to support day-to-day operations. The client serves a predominantly older customer base and values clear, neutral English communication, fast responsiveness, and high-quality customer interaction. After experiencing challenges with time zones and unclear accents, the client is looking for a dependable VA who understands American communication styles and can work U.S. hours with ease.
🎯 About the Role:
The Virtual Assistant will take on a central role in sales support, schedule management, and customer service, working closely with the business owner to streamline operations. This is a client-facing role, and clear communication, excellent organizational skills, and attention to detail are essential.
🛠 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
📞 Handle customer communication via phone, email, and SMS in a polite, clear, and professional manner
📅 Manage and coordinate scheduling of appointments and services
📊 Assist with sales tracking, follow-ups, and lead management
🗂 Enter customer and job data into Google Sheets and CRM (Housecall Pro)
💬 Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner
✅ Maintain a high level of accuracy and efficiency in all administrative duties
🎓 REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
✔ Fluent English speaker with a clean, neutral accent — able to communicate clearly with U.S.-based clients
✔ Previous experience in sales, customer service, or administrative support roles
✔ Highly organized and detail-oriented
✔ Comfortable managing calendars, schedules, and basic data entry
✔ Familiarity with Google Workspace and CRM platforms
✔ Able to work full-time U.S. hours (Eastern Time)
✔ Reliable internet connection and power source (urban location preferred)
