About the Role:

We are seeking a Property Manager who will serve as the primary point of contact for tenants, applicants, and property owners throughout the leasing and onboarding process. This role is critical to ensuring showings run smoothly, applicants are properly screened, tenants feel supported, and records remain accurate across systems. You will own leasing coordination end to end while supporting light administrative and tenant needs in a fast paced, service driven environment.

🔑 Key Responsibilities

  • Leasing Coordination: Manage leasing workflows and property showings using Tenant Turner, ensuring timely scheduling and follow up with prospective tenants.

  • Applicant Management: Track applicant leads, review qualifications, and request credits through CR for unqualified leads when applicable.

  • Tenant Communication: Serve as a primary communication point for tenants and applicants, responding promptly via Podium, text, and phone with professionalism and clarity.

  • Owner Communication: Provide updates to property owners regarding leasing activity, applicant status, and tenant related matters as needed.

  • Rent Support: Assist with rent collection follow up and ensure payments are tracked accurately and addressed in a timely manner.

  • System Management: Maintain accurate, up to date records in Buildium, ensuring all tenant, applicant, and leasing activity is properly documented.

  • Scheduling Flexibility: Support evening showings and occasional urgent tenant needs outside standard business hours.

  • Limited Maintenance Support: Assist with basic maintenance communication and coordination when needed, with the Maintenance Director handling the majority of requests.

  • Process Adherence: Follow established workflows, response standards, and documentation requirements consistently.

🎯 Qualifications & Skills

  • Experience: Minimum two years of hands-on property management experience with direct exposure to leasing coordination and tenant management.

  • System Expertise: Strong working knowledge of Buildium and Tenant Turner is required.

  • Communication Excellence: Native level English with a neutral or American accent and the ability to communicate confidently with tenants, owners, and internal stakeholders.

  • Ownership Mindset: Highly accountable, proactive, and comfortable making decisions independently while owning outcomes.

  • Critical Thinking: Able to assess situations quickly, prioritize appropriately, and resolve issues without constant supervision.

  • Adaptability: Comfortable with flexible scheduling, including work after 5 PM when needed to support showings and tenant needs.

    • Consistency: Showings are scheduled efficiently, applicants are properly managed, and no leads fall through the cracks.

    • Responsiveness: Tenants and applicants receive timely, clear communication and feel supported throughout the process.
