The platform offers online courses, guided learning paths, and additional resources aimed at helping members develop practical knowledge and advance their careers. The company is in an early growth phase and is focused on building strong systems, content, and marketing foundations to support long term scale and impact.

About the Role:

The client is hiring a Marketing Virtual Assistant to support the launch and growth of a digital learning platform by creating consistent marketing content, helping organize and optimize marketing workflows, and supporting lead nurturing efforts. This role is hands-on and creative, with a strong focus on organic content during the early stages, and the opportunity to gradually support light marketing operations such as basic analytics tracking, simple automations, and learning new tools and systems. The role will collaborate closely with a small internal team, contribute ideas to improve performance and efficiency, and grow in scope over time with a clear path from part time into full time.

Key Responsibilities
 

Content Creation and Organic Marketing

  • Create daily social media content aligned with brand messaging and target audiences
  • Develop short form video content using AI driven tools and provided scripts
  • Adapt messaging for different audience segments based on feedback and performance
  • Proactively suggest new content ideas, formats, and campaigns
  • Review competitor content and propose improvements or alternatives

Lead Generation and Nurturing

  • Support lead generation efforts through organic campaigns
  • Assist with building and maintaining lead nurturing workflows
  • Help test messaging and content to identify high performing approaches
  • Support early stage campaign execution and iteration
 

Marketing Strategy and Analytics Support

  • Assist with reviewing basic marketing analytics and engagement metrics
  • Help track content and campaign performance over time
  • Provide insights and observations to support decision making
  • Support testing and refinement of target audiences

Marketing Operations and Systems

  • Support website content updates and social media integrations
  • Help organize marketing assets, documentation, and workflows
  • Assist with identifying and learning CRM and marketing tools
  • Support basic automation setup to reduce manual work

Learning Platform Support and Expansion

  • Learn how the learning management system functions over time
  • Assist with organizing, highlighting, and promoting existing content
  • Support content adaptation for courses, collateral, and campaigns
  • Contribute ideas to improve how content is packaged and presented

Qualifications & Skills

  • Previous experience in social media marketing or digital marketing
  • Ability to create consistent, engaging content at scale
  • Experience using AI tools for content or video creation
  • Comfortable learning new platforms and systems quickly
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Basic understanding of marketing analytics and performance metrics
  • Familiarity with automation tools such as Zapier or CRMs is a plus
  • Experience with learning management systems is a plus but not required
  • Experience working with US based companies
  • Ability to work independently and manage priorities
