About the Role:
The Social Media & Email Marketing Specialist is responsible for planning, creating, and managing online content that drives awareness, engagement, and sales. This includes social media posts, email campaigns, and paid ads. The role is ideal for someone confident, creative, and independent who takes ownership, solves problems, and contributes ideas without needing constant direction.


🔑 Key Responsibilities

  • Create and schedule content for social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn

  • Write and send marketing emails using platforms such as Constant Contact

  • Use AI tools to support content ideas, writing, and campaign execution

  • Design visuals and short videos using stock photos or footage

  • Respond to comments and messages to maintain audience engagement

  • Track performance metrics and suggest improvements

  • Collaborate with the internal team to align content with campaigns

  • Run and manage paid ads through Meta Business Manager

  • Maintain consistent brand messaging and tone across all channels

  • Report on performance and key marketing metrics

  • Build simple email funnels and automated sequences

  • Use Asana and Harvest for task management and time tracking


🎯 Qualifications & Skills

  • Based in Latin America for time zone alignment

  • Fluent in spoken and written English

  • Experience working with U.S.-based clients

  • Strong background in social media management, preferably in B2C environments

  • Proficient with Canva, Meta Business Suite, and social media schedulers

  • Familiar with Constant Contact and MailChimp

  • Comfortable managing paid ads and reviewing analytics

  • Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to work independently

  • Confident, proactive, and comfortable taking initiative

  • Strong problem-solving mindset and independent thinking

  • Positive, emotionally intelligent, and adaptable
