ROLE OVERVIEW

About the Client:

The Client is a growing psychological therapy and testing practice. We specialize in providing high-quality therapy and diagnostic testing (e.g., for first responders and police candidates). We are currently at a pivotal growth phase and are looking for a proactive, tech-savvy marketing professional to help us overcome our current financial bottleneck and scale our team of clinicians.

About the Role:

Our Client is seeking a high-energy Marketing Specialist (Virtual Assistant). This is not a passive task-taking role; they need a strategic thinker who understands the American healthcare landscape and can proactively drive lead generation. You will be responsible for translating the clinical expertise of the Client into a digital presence that attracts the "right fit" clients—specifically those seeking therapy and testing rather than medication management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Digital Marketing Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aimed at first responder agencies and healthcare professionals.
  • Content Creation: Craft compelling content including blog posts, newsletters, and social media updates that resonate with our target audience.
  • SEO Management: Optimize website content for search engines to enhance visibility for relevant keywords related to mental health services for first responders.
  • Social Media Engagement: Manage social media platforms, creating engaging posts that drive awareness and interaction among followers.
  • Analytics and Reporting: Analyze marketing performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of campaigns and suggest improvements.
  • Audience Segmentation: Identify and segment target audiences to tailor messaging specifically for different groups, including agencies and individual first responders.
  • Networking and Outreach: Develop relationships with potential referral sources, including healthcare providers and first responder agencies, to expand our reach.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with our team to align marketing efforts with overall practice goals and client needs.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Experience: Minimum 2+ years of experience marketing for American-based companies (Healthcare or Service Industry preferred).
  • Technical Savvy: Current with modern marketing technologies and social media algorithms; ability to use AI tools to optimize workflow (but not rely on them for core creativity).
  • Communication: Exceptional written and verbal English skills. While primarily a creative role, you must be comfortable making occasional outbound "warm" contacts to build referral relationships.
  • Mindset: A "shark" mentality—proactive, aggressive in pursuing visibility, and capable of working without constant micromanagement.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is highly preferred.
  • Monitoring Tools: Open to using monitoring tools like Hubstaff.
