🏢 About the Client
Our client is a growing psychological therapy and testing practice specializing in high-quality therapy and diagnostic testing (such as evaluations for first responders and police candidates). They are currently at a pivotal growth phase and are looking for a tech-savvy marketing professional to help overcome cash flow bottlenecks and expand their team of clinicians.
💼 About the Role
This is not a passive task-taking role—we need a strategic thinker who understands the American healthcare landscape and can proactively drive lead generation. You will be responsible for translating clinical expertise into a dynamic digital presence that attracts the "right fit" clients, specifically targeting individuals and agencies seeking therapy and diagnostic testing rather than medication management.
🎯 Key Responsibilities
Digital Marketing Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aimed at first responder agencies and healthcare professionals.
Content Creation: Craft compelling content including blog posts, newsletters, and social media updates that resonate with target audiences.
SEO Management: Optimize website content for search engines to enhance visibility for relevant keywords related to mental health services for first responders.
Social Media Engagement: Manage social media platforms, creating engaging posts that drive awareness and interaction.
Analytics & Reporting: Analyze marketing performance metrics to assess campaign effectiveness and implement data-driven improvements.
Audience Segmentation: Identify and segment target audiences to tailor messaging specifically for agencies versus individual first responders.
Networking & Outreach: Build relationships with potential referral sources, including healthcare providers and first responder agencies.
Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to align marketing efforts with overall practice goals.
✅ Qualifications & Skills
⭐ Core Requirements:
Experience: Minimum 2+ years of experience marketing for American-based companies (Healthcare or Service Industry preferred).
Mindset: A proactive, aggressive "shark" mentality in pursuing visibility—capable of driving results without micromanagement.
Communication: Exceptional written and verbal English skills. Comfortable making occasional outbound "warm" contacts to build referral networks.
Technical Savvy: Current with modern marketing technologies and social media algorithms; ability to leverage AI tools to optimize workflow without sacrificing core creativity.
Monitoring Tools: Open and willing to use time-tracking tools like Hubstaff.
🌟 Preferred:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is highly preferred.
