The company operates as a small, collaborative creative team with a strong emphasis on strategic marketing, relationship building, and organic growth. Their current focus is shifting toward deeper engagement through LinkedIn and community driven outreach rather than traditional social media vanity metrics. The client values ownership, trust, and resourcefulness, and is looking for someone who will become a core contributor to the team’s marketing and growth efforts.
About the Role:
The client is seeking a Marketing and Sales Enablement Virtual Assistant who can support strategic marketing initiatives while executing day to day tasks across social media, CRM management, outreach, and content development. This role blends marketing coordination, light sales enablement, and content support with a focus on organic growth and relationship driven engagement. The ideal candidate will not only execute tasks but also contribute ideas, help guide strategy, and represent the company in client facing interactions when needed.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing Strategy and Execution
- Support development and execution of multi channel marketing initiatives aligned with business goals
- Create and publish content across Company Blog, LinkedIn, Pinterest, and Instagram with a focus on B2B engagement
- Track performance metrics and report insights on growth and traction
- Suggest improvements based on analytics and campaign results
Social Media and Content Management
- Manage posting schedules and maintain consistency across platforms
- Use Canva templates and native tools to prepare visual content
- Assist with drafting blog ideas, writing blog content, and uploading posts to the website
- Support organic community engagement within a niche design audience
Sales Enablement and Outreach Support
- Assist with LinkedIn outreach and follow ups with prospects and partners
- Maintain CRM hygiene, update records, and manage follow up workflows
- Support appointment setting aligned with travel schedules and industry events
- Help qualify inbound leads and coordinate initial outreach conversations when needed
Client Communication and Collaboration
- Join marketing calls and collaborative meetings with partners and clients
- Capture notes, action items, and follow through on agreed marketing initiatives
- Represent the company professionally in virtual meetings when required
Qualifications & Skills
Must Have
- 3+ years of experience in marketing, social media, or growth support roles
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Fluent English communication skills, both written and verbal
- Experience supporting organic marketing strategies and content execution
- Familiarity with LinkedIn outreach, CRM management, and appointment coordination
- Ability to work within Latin America time zones
- Comfortable being client facing on calls and video meetings
Preferred
- Experience working with B2B audiences or niche professional communities
- Canva experience and familiarity with social media publishing tools
- Basic video editing exposure using native tools or similar platforms
- Experience writing blog content or long form marketing material
- Background supporting small creative teams or agencies
