They offer full-service reservations, customer support, revenue management, and OTA management solutions designed to improve sales performance while delivering exceptional guest experiences for travelers visiting Hawaii.
💼 About the Role
We are seeking a service-oriented Sales and Reservations Specialist to work with warm leads and existing customers who are planning trips to Hawaii. This is not a cold-calling role.
The focus is on understanding guest needs, answering questions clearly, and recommending the right tours and activities to enhance each guest’s vacation experience while driving bookings, upsells, and revenue.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys consultative sales, hospitality-driven conversations, and delivering a concierge-level guest experience.
📌 Key Responsibilities
Sales & Reservations Support
Call guests with upcoming bookings to confirm tours and answer questions
Engage with warm leads and existing customers interested in Hawaii tours and activities
Recommend upgrades or additional experiences based on guest preferences
Recover abandoned cart leads and follow up on website inquiries
Maintain a friendly, service-first tone while driving bookings and revenue
Guest Experience & Communication
Answer inbound calls with professionalism, warmth, and confidence
Respond to questions regarding tours, availability, pricing, and logistics
Clearly explain options so guests feel confident in their booking decisions
Escalate complex issues when necessary while maintaining accurate notes
Deliver a concierge-level experience built on trust and personalization
Product Knowledge & Destination Expertise
Learn and retain detailed knowledge of Hawaii geography, islands, and attractions
Master tour offerings, inclusions, restrictions, and upsell opportunities
Use guest interactions to continuously improve recommendation accuracy
Contribute to internal FAQs and knowledge documentation
CRM & System Management
Log all calls, notes, and follow-ups accurately in HubSpot
Organize lead lists and booking activity using Google Workspace
Ensure guest information and booking details are complete and up to date
Follow internal processes to support reporting and sales tracking
🧠 Qualifications & Requirements
Near-native English proficiency (written and spoken)
Experience in U.S.-based sales, reservations, or travel and tourism
Confident, warm, and professional phone presence
Proven ability to sell through consultative, service-driven conversations
Fast learner comfortable memorizing detailed tour information
Reliable attendance while working U.S. business hours from an international location
Comfortable using CRM tools and cloud-based systems
Nice to Have
Familiarity with Hawaii destinations, tours, or attractions
Experience working with warm leads or inbound sales environments
Previous experience using HubSpot or similar CRM tools
