About the Role:
We are looking for an Appointment Setters / Sales Representative based in Latin America to join the team. This is not just a standard cold-calling gig, it is a launchpad for a lucrative career in the US lending and financial services industry.
You will start focusing on qualifying leads and booking high-value appointments. As the company scales, successful representatives will have a direct, structured path to transition into Closers, Loan Processors, and Sales Managers.
Key Responsibilities
- Relationship Building: Act as the first point of contact for real estate investors and business owners, establishing trust and a professional rapport.
- Lead Qualification: Outbound outreach and inbound qualification of leads across multiple channels (LinkedIn, email, paid advertising, and referrals).
- High-Tier Lead Management: Immediately respond to and validate highly qualified, "warm" inbound paid leads. Engage with these business-savvy individuals to lock in details and build instant rapport.
- Appointment Setting: Conduct strategic discovery conversations to assess client needs and successfully book qualified consultations for the firm's Principal.
- Pipeline Management: Execute rigorous follow-up campaigns via phone, email, and SMS to keep prospects engaged.
- Data & Tracking: Accurately log all activities, maintain CRM integrity, and report daily/weekly appointment metrics and conversion rates.
- Continuous Learning: Master the fundamentals of specialized lending products (Fix-and-Flip, Bridge Loans, Hard Money, and Business Financing).
Qualifications & Skills
We are looking for hungry, articulate, and detail-oriented sales professionals who possess:
- Experience: 3–5+ years of proven success in B2B sales, outbound prospecting, or appointment setting (experience in US financial services, real estate, or SaaS is a massive plus)
- Communication: Exceptional, near-native English verbal and written communication skills with a professional phone presence.
- Sales Acumen: Comfort with a consultative sales approach—asking deep qualifying questions rather than just reading a script.
- Tech Savvy: Proficiency with CRMs, email tracking tools, dialers, and modern sales tech stacks.
- Mindset: A strong growth mindset. We want individuals looking for a long-term home and career progression, not a short-term freelance project.
