This role is ideal for someone who truly understands Go High Level and enjoys being responsible for keeping systems clean, accurate, and running smoothly.
As an Executive Assistant and Go High Level Systems Expert, you will act as a true extension of the owner—owning daily reporting, maintaining CRM workflows, troubleshooting automations, and supporting client onboarding. This role is highly process-driven and detail-focused, with a strong emphasis on accuracy, structure, and technical problem-solving.

✨ Key Responsibilities:
📊 Daily Reporting & Data Management
Complete 7–8 recurring daily reports using Google Sheets
Verify data accuracy and validate numbers before submission
Maintain clean, up-to-date spreadsheets used for business decisions
⚙️ Go High Level Management
Manage and maintain Go High Level accounts and workflows
Troubleshoot issues, fix broken automations, and submit A2P when needed
Review contact data, messaging flows, and system configurations
Support light technical troubleshooting beyond basic platform navigation
🤝 Client Onboarding & Support
Assist with onboarding new clients into systems and platforms
Upload recorded coaching calls into training platforms
Support client communication via phone or email
Represent the company professionally during client interactions
🗂️ Administrative & Executive Support
Organize tasks, documentation, and internal processes
Communicate updates clearly and proactively to leadership
Anticipate needs and take initiative to resolve issues
🎯 Qualifications & Skills:
- Must be Hands-on Go High Level experience (workflow management, automations, troubleshooting)
Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or Operations Assistant
Advanced skills in Google Sheets or Excel
Extremely detail-oriented with high accuracy standards
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Proactive, organized, and reliable
Comfortable speaking with clients and representing the brand
Preferred Background:
Experience supporting leadership or founders
Technical mindset with troubleshooting experience
Financial services exposure is a plus but not required
