AI Sales & Lead Generation Specialist 🚀

LATAM: $7 - $9 per hour + commissions

About the Role

The client is seeking a highly proactive and results driven AI Sales & Lead Generation Specialist to help generate and close new business opportunities for the company. This role combines outbound lead generation, prospecting, appointment setting, and consultative sales within the AI and custom software development space.

The ideal candidate is someone who thrives in fast paced environments, takes initiative without constant supervision, learns new technologies quickly, and is motivated by performance and growth opportunities. This position will start part time with a clear opportunity to grow into a full time role based on performance and results.


Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation & Prospecting

  • Identify and research potential B2B clients using platforms such as LinkedIn, Apollo, Clay, and other lead generation tools
  • Build targeted prospect lists aligned with the client’s ideal customer profile
  • Conduct outbound outreach through LinkedIn, email campaigns, and cold calling
  • Generate qualified leads and schedule appointments with decision makers

Sales & Client Communication

  • Conduct discovery conversations with prospects to understand business needs and pain points
  • Present the client’s AI and custom software solutions in a clear and consultative manner
  • Handle objections confidently and maintain professional follow up communication
  • Support sales conversations and potentially assist with closing high ticket deals
  • Maintain ongoing communication with prospects throughout the sales cycle

CRM & Process Management

  • Accurately document client interactions, requirements, and sales progress within the company CRM system
  • Organize prospect and client information using Google Workspace, Slack, Notion, Asana, and internal systems
  • Collaborate with the internal development and operations teams to ensure smooth handoff of client requirements

Performance & Initiative

  • Continuously look for ways to improve outreach strategies and lead generation efforts
  • Take initiative to solve problems independently and maintain momentum without waiting for instructions
  • Adapt quickly to new software, systems, and technologies introduced by the company
  • Focus on measurable business outcomes and revenue generation rather than task completion alone

Qualifications & Skills

Must Have

  • Previous experience in lead generation, appointment setting, outbound sales, or B2B business development
  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Experience using LinkedIn for outreach and prospecting
  • Comfortable conducting cold calls and outbound email campaigns
  • Strong technology skills and ability to quickly learn new software platforms and tools
  • Experience working remotely with U.S. based companies or clients
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Experience working with enterprise or B2B clients

Preferred

  • Experience selling AI, SaaS, software development, or technology related services highly preferred
  • Familiarity with tools such as Apollo, Clay, Notion, Slack, Asana, and CRM platforms
  • Experience handling consultative sales conversations and high ticket offers
  • Previous experience supporting startup or fast growing companies
