Full-Stack AI Engineer (Claude Code)

About the Role

We're looking for a Full-Stack AI Engineer who builds fast using modern AI development tools—specifically Claude Code. This is a product-building role, not a machine learning research position.

You'll take specifications and ideas and turn them into working software, including web applications, internal tools, dashboards, and automations. If you've fully embraced agentic AI workflows and can ship in days what used to take weeks, we'd love to hear from you.

You'll work directly with the founder on a variety of projects across the business. We move quickly, value clean execution, and care more about what you can ship than how many years you've been coding.

What You'll Do

  • Build and deploy full-stack applications using Claude Code as your primary development tool

  • Translate written specifications and loose ideas into working, production-ready software

  • Develop internal tools, client-facing dashboards, and operational automations

  • Own projects end-to-end, from setup and development through deployment and iteration

  • Troubleshoot, refactor, and maintain existing codebases

  • Communicate progress clearly and proactively flag blockers

What We're Looking For

  • Demonstrated experience building real software with Claude Code (or comparable agentic AI development tools)

  • Strong full-stack fundamentals, including:

    • JavaScript / TypeScript

    • React / Next.js

    • Node.js

    • Databases such as Supabase or PostgreSQL

  • Ability to deploy and manage applications using platforms such as Vercel, Cloudflare, or similar services

  • Comfortable working independently and making sound decisions without constant oversight

  • Solid written and spoken English communication skills

  • A portfolio or examples of products you've shipped, ideally using AI-assisted development workflows

Nice to Have

  • Experience with Supabase, Next.js, and Cloudflare Workers

  • Familiarity with integrating APIs and third-party services

  • Prior experience working remotely with US-based teams

Position Details

  • Full-time

  • Fully remote

  • Working hours with overlap to US business hours

  • Compensation: $2,500 USD/month + quarterly bonus incentives
