As a Cold Caller & Appointment Setter, you’ll engage with licensed insurance agents, start conversations, handle objections confidently, and book qualified appointments for leadership.
You won’t manage long-term follow-up—your focus is high-impact, results-driven calling. Over time, high performers may grow into more responsibilities as the company scales.

📞 Outbound Calling & Appointment Setting
Call pre-scrubbed lists of licensed insurance agents
Use a clear script while sounding natural and personable
Build quick rapport and handle objections confidently
Qualify interest and book appointments on the leadership calendar
📊 Tracking & Reporting
Log call outcomes, notes, and key details accurately
Share daily and weekly reports with insights and metrics
Suggest improvements to scripts and talk tracks

✅ Qualifications & Skills
Proven B2B cold calling or appointment setting experience, preferably with US-based prospects
Clear, confident spoken English 🗣️
Comfortable handling objections, rejection, and high-volume dialing
Professional, reliable, self-motivated, and detail-oriented
Stable internet and professional calling setup
