The client is an asset recovery firm specializing in helping homeowners reclaim surplus funds following mortgage or tax foreclosure events. They act as a bridge between government-held funds and the individuals legally entitled to them, operating under a commission-based success fee model.

The client is seeking a dedicated, high-energy professional to manage the end-to-end outreach process.


About the Role

We are hiring a full-time Appointment Setter / Lead Outreach Specialist to own daily outbound calling and lead outreach, along with the CRM and data work that keeps the pipeline clean and actionable.

This role combines phone-based prospecting with structured lead sourcing and CRM management. The ideal candidate is confident on the phone, comfortable handling objections, and naturally empathetic. You will work inside a customized Go High Level environment and use Google Sheets daily to source, organize, and upload leads.

Light marketing support may be available as a growth path, but the core responsibility of this role is outbound calling, appointment setting, and lead outreach.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Phone Outreach & Appointment Setting

  • Make daily outbound calls following a structured outreach cadence

  • Qualify prospects and convert cold and warm leads into scheduled appointments

  • Use a consultative, empathetic approach that prioritizes listening and trust-building

  • Handle objections calmly and confidently while staying aligned with call objectives

  • Maintain a professional, clear, and easy-to-understand speaking style on every call

Lead Sourcing & Pipeline Building

  • Source and organize leads using predefined workflows and spreadsheets

  • Apply formulas and validation checks in Google Sheets to verify lead accuracy

  • Upload and manage leads in Go High Level with correct assignment and status updates

  • Maintain consistent follow-up steps to ensure no qualified lead is missed

CRM & Reporting

  • Maintain accurate CRM records with strong note-taking, tagging, and task management

  • Track contact attempts, outcomes, and next steps consistently

  • Submit an end-of-day report summarizing activity, outcomes, blockers, and next-day priorities

  • Follow documented processes closely and suggest improvements when gaps are identified

Optional Growth Responsibilities (Not Required at Start)

  • Schedule pre-created content to social platforms using provided assets and instructions

  • Monitor basic engagement and route messages appropriately

Note: This is not a social media manager role and is not required initially.


QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

Must-Haves

  • Proven experience in cold calling, appointment setting, or outbound sales development

  • Strong emotional intelligence and ability to handle sensitive conversations with empathy

  • Clear, neutral spoken English with a confident and friendly phone presence

  • Experience using Go High Level or the ability to learn it quickly

  • Strong Google Sheets skills, including working with formulas and structured data

  • High attention to detail and strong follow-through

  • Curiosity and problem-solving mindset

  • Comfort working independently with daily targets and structured routines

Preferred Experience

  • Real estate-related outreach, lead qualification, or investor services

  • Data-heavy sourcing processes and CSV-style imports

  • Experience with CRMs beyond Go High Level

  • Experience working with U.S.-based customers, especially in the Southeast
