About the Client:
This family-owned real estate investment firm has been simplifying the home-selling process since 2016 by providing homeowners with fast, all-cash offers. They offer a stress-free alternative to traditional listings, purchasing properties in "as-is" condition to help clients navigate difficult situations like foreclosure or inherited estates. As a BBB-accredited business, the team is dedicated to revitalizing communities while maintaining a reputation for transparency and integrity. Their streamlined three-step process eliminates the need for costly repairs, agent commissions, and hidden closing fees. By focusing on compassionate problem-solving, they ensure a smooth transition for sellers looking to move forward into their next chapter.
About the Role:
As our Lead Manager, you are the "first touch" for our investment firm. You will handle a high volume of inbound calls from warm seller leads. Your mission is to build immediate rapport, navigate objections with authority, and qualify leads to set high-quality appointments for our Acquisition (Closing) team.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Qualification: Manage high-volume inbound lead flow and perform outbound follow-ups to interested sellers.
- Information Gathering: Use professional discovery techniques to uncover seller motivation, property condition, and asking price.
- Appointment Setting: Schedule firm appointments for the Acquisition Managers once a lead meets our buying criteria.
- CRM Management: Maintain meticulous, real-time records of all interactions and statuses within our CRM.
- Proactive Problem Solving: Act as an "authority figure" on the phone—overcoming objections and navigating conversations with empathy and skill.
- Process Improvement: Bring initiative to the role by suggesting ways to improve the lead funnel and solve problems independently.
- AI Supervision: Monitor and manage the 24/7 AI assistant to ensure seamless lead hand-off and quality control of automated interactions.
Qualifications & Skills
- Language: Native or near-native fluency in both Spanish and English is mandatory.
- Experience: Proven experience in lead management, appointment setting, or sales. Previous experience in Real Estate Wholesaling is highly preferred.
- Tenure: A documented history of long-term commitment in previous professional roles.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal skills with a professional, "authority figure" tone on the phone.
- Mindset: High-initiative and self-motivated; you don't wait for tasks—you look for ways to push deals through.
- Team Player: Work in close, daily partnership with the firm’s owners to align on lead quality, business goals, and community impact.
