About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and organized Virtual Real Estate Assistant to support our real estate operations. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, experience with CRM tools, and the ability to manage both administrative and client-facing tasks. Prior real estate and lead generation experience is strongly preferred.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead Management & CRM: Organize and update lead database, ensuring timely follow-ups and accurate records
  • Cold Calling & Outreach: Contact prospects, qualify leads, and set appointments for the real estate team
  • Lead Conversion: Build rapport with potential clients, nurture relationships, and support conversion from leads to active opportunities
  • Appointment Scheduling: Coordinate calendars, confirm showings, and manage client calls
  • Administrative Support: Assist with day-to-day operations including email management, document preparation, and transaction tracking
  • Basic Marketing Support: Help with property postings, social media coordination, and simple marketing tasks as needed

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Prior experience in real estate, cold calling, and lead generation
  • Excellent English fluency with a soft accent (Latin America preferred for time zone alignment)
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Professional, confident, and personable communication style
  • Tech-savvy with CRM and productivity tools (experience with real estate CRMs is a plus)
