The client operates a fast-growing Digital Marketing and AI agency with a team of specialized professionals, including a web developer, ads manager, and SEO specialist. The owner is seeking operational support to handle daily administrative and communication tasks so the specialized team can focus on high-level execution. The priority is hiring a reliable, friendly, and autonomous professional with a foundational understanding of digital marketing to support client communications.

About the Role:
This full-time Virtual Assistant role serves as the central operational support for the agency. The assistant will manage client communications, handle administrative tasks, and support simple marketing-related activities. The role is essential to keeping the team organized, responsive, and efficient. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with strong customer service skills and a basic understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms.


🔑 Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and triage high-volume client email communications

  • Draft and send professional responses, status updates, and feedback to clients

  • Escalate complex issues to the founder or specialist teams with clear summaries and next steps

  • Monitor urgent communications during non-standard hours when needed

  • Complete simple operational and administrative tasks as assigned

  • Implement basic website updates or simple promotional changes

  • Assist with organizational and coordination tasks across the team

  • Look up basic performance data in advertising platforms to answer client questions

  • Demonstrate basic working knowledge of common digital marketing tools and platforms


🎯 Qualifications & Skills

  • Friendly, outgoing, and proactive personality with strong work ethic

  • Strong customer service experience with US-based clients

  • Confident, autonomous, and action-oriented mindset

  • Basic understanding of WordPress, Google Ads, and Facebook Ads

  • Proficiency in Canva for simple design tasks

  • Strong written English communication skills

  • Ability to manage multiple emails and tasks efficiently

  • Organized and detail-oriented work style

  • Familiarity with project management tools such as Monday.com is a plus
