🎯 Key Responsibilities

Dispatch & Operations 📞

  • Handle after-hours emergency calls (inbound/outbound) with ease.

  • Schedule and manage appointments for cleaning and maintenance tasks.

  • Sync bookings and calendars seamlessly using ResortCleaning software.

Administrative Support 📊

  • Check and manage payroll for housekeepers and inspectors.

  • Follow up on subtasks to ensure 100% completion.

  • Generate and audit reports for cleaning, deep cleans, and pet hair audits to maintain high standards.

Communication & Outreach 💬

  • Act as the voice of the maintenance department for phone inquiries.

  • Provide real-time support to field staff via Slack.

  • Identify opportunities to upsell additional services to property managers.

Marketing & Social Media 📱

  • Manage and update social media pages with engaging content.

  • Create and schedule posts tailored for property managers and guests.

  • Assist with marketing outreach and monitor platform engagement.


✅ Qualifications & Skills

  • Tech Savvy: Excellent computer proficiency and the ability to learn new software quickly. 💻

  • Experience: Previous background in dispatch, admin support, customer service, or social media management.

  • Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with short-term rental operations or property services is a plus! 🔑

  • Composure: Ability to stay calm and effective during high-pressure after-hours emergencies.

  • Soft Skills: Strong organizational skills, incredible attention to detail, and effective communication. 🗣️

  • Software Toolkit: Experience with ResortCleaning, Evolve, HubSpot, Aircall, Slack, and Excel/Google Sheets.

  • Hardware: Reliable computer/laptop (Min: 8GB RAM, i5 Processor). 🖥️

  • Connectivity: High-speed, reliable internet connection. 🌐
