About the Role
We are seeking a proactive, highly organized Executive Assistant to support both business operations and select personal administrative tasks in a fast-paced environment.
A key function of this role is transforming unstructured information—such as voice notes or brief executive directions—into organized task lists, summaries, timelines, and actionable follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities
Executive & Administrative Support
Manage calendars, scheduling, and structured daily planning
Convert voice notes or brief instructions into organized task lists and summaries
Structure daily priorities based on executive briefings
Maintain organized digital files and document systems
Draft professional emails and formatted documents from short directions
Networking & Coordination Support
Research professional organizations and networking opportunities
Prepare detailed calendar entries with context and supporting materials
Handle RSVPs, coordination, and follow-ups
Support outreach planning and relationship-building efforts
Personal Assistance & Lifestyle Coordination
Assist with scheduling appointments and personal logistics
Coordinate travel planning and general life administration
Organize information currently stored in notes or voice messages
Operational & Research Support
Conduct structured research within defined guidelines
Prepare summaries and actionable next steps
Maintain internal trackers and shared resources
Organize unstructured information into clear workflows
Marketing & Growth Support (Evolving Scope)
Assist with drafting or planning social media content
Support community engagement and outreach initiatives
Qualifications & Skills
Experience as an Executive Assistant or in high-level administrative support
Law firm, litigation, policy, or legislative exposure is a plus (not required)
Strong calendar management and scheduling expertise
Excellent written English with strong formatting skills
Experience organizing digital files and document systems
Comfortable with Outlook, Google Drive, and cloud platforms
Strong research and summarization skills
Basic PDF handling and digital record management
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
