About the Role

We’re looking for a Real Estate Disposition Specialist to help sell properties after they have been placed under contract.

This role combines sales, relationship management, and transaction coordination. You'll spend your day speaking with real estate investors, marketing available properties, coordinating showings, following up on offers, and ensuring every transaction progresses smoothly from contract to assignment.

If you're comfortable on the phone, highly organized, persistent with follow-ups, and enjoy working with multiple moving pieces, you'll thrive in this position.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Buyer Outreach & Relationship Management

  • Build targeted investor buyer lists using InvestorLift
  • Call real estate investors to introduce available investment opportunities
  • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with buyers
  • Maintain consistent communication throughout the sales process
  • Track buyer conversations, preferences, and follow-up activities

2. Property Marketing

  • Post advertisements on Craigslist and Facebook Marketplace using company templates
  • Coordinate with local photographers to schedule professional property photography
  • Prepare and distribute professional disposition packets using company templates
  • Ensure buyers receive all information needed to evaluate investment opportunities

3. Showing Coordination

  • Schedule property walkthroughs with interested investors
  • Organize group showings whenever possible to maximize efficiency
  • Help create urgency and healthy competition among interested buyers
  • Coordinate communication between buyers and internal teams throughout the showing process

4. Offer Management

  • Follow up consistently to ensure offers are submitted before deadlines
  • Communicate with qualified buyers to strengthen offers when appropriate
  • Maintain accurate records of offers, buyer activity, and communications
  • Support the successful transition of each property from contract to assignment

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

Must Have

  1. Excellent spoken and written English with minimal accent
  2. Previous experience in:
    • Real Estate Wholesaling
    • Dispositions
    • Acquisitions
    • Real Estate Sales
  3. Strong cold calling and outbound phone communication skills
  4. Ability to build relationships and maintain consistent follow-up
  5. Experience using CRM systems, proficiency with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
  6. Excellent organizational and time management skills

Nice to Have

  • Experience using InvestorLift or InvestorBase
  • Knowledge of the U.S. real estate investment market
  • Experience coordinating multiple real estate transactions simultaneously
