About the Client:
The client is a U.S.-based strategy and operations consulting firm that works with founder-led law firms experiencing growth-related operational strain. The firm helps managing partners improve decision-making, clarify ownership, strengthen execution, and build operational structure as their businesses scale.
As the company expands, they are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented professional to support business development research, CRM management, referral partner mapping, and outreach coordination efforts. This role is best suited for someone who enjoys structured work, strong process discipline, and high-quality research and follow-through.
About the Role:
The firm is seeking a Business Development Coordinator to support research, pipeline management, and outreach coordination activities. This is a non-client-facing role focused on identifying target law firms and referral partners, organizing and maintaining CRM data, preparing first-pass outreach drafts, and supporting business development workflows.
The role is primarily research and coordination focused rather than sales focused. Success in this position requires strong attention to detail, written communication skills, consistency, and the ability to work independently within a structured but flexible environment.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, resourceful, comfortable working asynchronously, and able to follow through reliably across multiple ongoing projects and priorities.
Because the firm is in an active growth stage, the role is expected to evolve over time as systems, workflows, and business development processes continue to mature. The right candidate should be comfortable adapting alongside the business and contributing to the development of more structured operating processes over time.
