The client is a performance-driven marketing agency that specializes in generating high-quality leads for construction businesses through Facebook advertising. With a strong focus on client results and business growth, the agency helps contractors scale efficiently with proven lead generation systems and expert marketing support.
About the Role:
Our client is looking for a high-level, proactive Senior Performance Marketer to own the end-to-end execution of paid advertising campaigns for local service contractors (Roofing, Flooring, Painting, etc.).
We aren't looking for someone who needs to be told "what works." We need a strategic thinker who arrives with proven results, understands the nuances of local lead generation, and can troubleshoot technical issues within our tech stack independently. You will work closely with our Customer Success Manager to ensure campaigns are hitting performance targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Facebook Ad Management: End-to-end execution of Facebook ad campaigns with a heavy focus on high-quality lead generation for local contractors.
- CRM & Automation Mastery: Build, manage, and troubleshoot landing pages, automated lead-nurturing workflows, and CRM structures within GoHighLevel (GHL).
- Creative Production: Actively repurpose client videos and photos into new ad creatives using Canva, AI video/voiceover tools (e.g., Sora), and editing software.
- Data Analysis: Proactively monitor performance, interpret data dips, and implement A/B testing or strategy pivots independently.
- Internal Collaboration: Communicate daily with the internal Customer Success Manager to coordinate lead quality and content needs.
Qualifications & Skills
- GHL Expert: Must be able to build funnels, automations, and troubleshoot CRM issues independently.
- Proven Lead Gen Track Record: Specific experience running ads for local services (Roofers, Concrete, etc.) with proven ROI.
- Creative Problem Solver: Ability to use AI and design tools to keep creatives fresh and high-performing.
- Proactive Mindset: You find issues (underperforming ads, broken workflows) and fix them before the owner has to ask.
- Commitment & Integrity: We have a zero-tolerance policy for handling multiple employments or misrepresenting years of experience. You must be dedicated 100% to this role.
