About the Role: We are seeking a high-caliber Recruitment Team Lead to oversee and mentor our team of recruiters. You are responsible for ensuring the team meets and exceeds client expectations, streamlining internal processes, and fostering a high-performance culture. This is a role for a "player-coach" who understands the nuances of headhunting and knows how to drive a team toward hitting targets.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Team Leadership & Mentorship: Lead, mentor, and manage a team of recruiters to ensure they hit KPIs and achieve recruitment goals.
Process Oversight: Coordinate and oversee the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle to ensure timely, high-quality delivery to our third-party clients.
Client Collaboration: Partner directly with clients to understand their specific hiring needs and provide tailored, consultative recruitment solutions.
Performance Management: Monitor team output, provide constructive feedback, and implement data-driven strategies for continuous improvement.
Strategy Refinement: Stay updated on global industry trends to refine and enhance our sourcing and headhunting strategies.
Account Prioritization: Successfully manage multiple client accounts simultaneously, ensuring resources are allocated effectively to the highest-priority roles.
QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS
Proven Leadership: Solid experience in a leadership or senior recruitment role, preferably within a headhunting or agency setting.
Recruitment Mastery: Deep understanding of the full recruitment lifecycle and modern headhunting techniques.
Relationship Building: Excellent communication skills with the ability to manage both internal team dynamics and external client relationships.
Strategic Thinking: Ability to analyze team performance and pivot strategies to solve complex hiring challenges.
Tech Savvy: Proficiency in recruitment tools, ATS platforms, and AI-assisted sourcing technologies.
REQUIRED TOOLS AND KNOWLEDGE
ATS Management: Advanced experience navigating and auditing Applicant Tracking Systems.
Collaboration Tools: Expert level in Slack, Zoom, and Google Workspace (Sheets/Drive).
Strategic Sourcing: Mastery of LinkedIn Recruiter and specialized global job boards.
