💼 About the Role
This is a modern physician recruiting position built around smart engagement rather than cold calling into the void. Our backend systems locate and engage the right doctors; your role is to turn those warm inquiries into hospital placements. You will engage providers by text and phone, conduct structured qualification interviews, prepare compelling hospital submission packages, and collaborate with credentialing, travel, and account management teams to ensure smooth starts.
🎯 Key Responsibilities
📞 High-Volume Outreach & Screening: Execute a disciplined, phone-first daily outreach strategy (50+ morning calls, 50+ afternoon calls); conduct personalized SMS follow-ups; and lead 15–30 minute qualification calls to confirm clinical credentials, licensure, availability, and compensation expectations.
📝 Candidate Submissions & CRM Management: Build structured, compelling candidate presentation profiles for open hospital requisitions; maintain detailed CRM records in HubSpot, logging recruiter notes, communication history, objections, and candidate preferences.
🤝 Cross-Team Collaboration & Onboarding: Partner closely with internal credentialing specialists, travel coordinators, and account managers to ensure placements start on time.
🔄 Relationship Retention: Maintain consistent touchpoints with placed physicians before, during, and after assignments to secure redeployments and referrals.
✅ Qualifications & Skills
⭐ Core Requirements:
Recruitment / Sales Experience: 1–3 years of proven experience in high-volume recruiting, staffing, or inside sales (healthcare, travel nursing, or professional staffing preferred).
Phone Stamina & Resilience: High energy and comfort managing 100+ outbound touchpoints daily, staying organized, and bouncing back rapidly from rejection.
Conversational Agility: Flawless spoken English with the ability to build instant rapport, ask sharp qualifying questions, handle objections conversationally, and keep candidate interest high.
Full Commitment: 100% availability during US Eastern business hours with no secondary jobs.
