About the Role:
- We are hiring a Senior Operations Manager to own the day-to-day execution and success of the client delivery engine
- This role is responsible for driving efficient search execution from intake to hire while maintaining quality, timelines, and professional communication
- You will lead recruiters and account managers, ensure SLA adherence, resolve delivery bottlenecks, and maintain high client satisfaction
- This is a leadership and execution-oversight role, not an individual contributor position
🔑 Key Responsibilities
Client Delivery & SLA Ownership
- Own all active searches across client accounts
- Monitor timelines, shortlist quality, and pipeline health
- Escalate and resolve delivery issues or underperformance
- Ensure delivery remains aligned with client expectations and internal KPIs
Team Leadership & Performance
- Lead weekly delivery huddles with recruiters and account managers
- Coach team members on communication quality, standards, and execution
- Partner with operations leadership on accountability and corrective actions
Process Execution & Optimization
- Enforce adherence to delivery playbooks, SOPs, and quality standards
- Identify bottlenecks and propose workflow or tooling improvements
- Maintain delivery discipline without micromanaging
Reporting & Communication
- Maintain a live delivery dashboard including active roles, blockers, and risks
- Provide weekly updates to leadership on performance and delivery health
- Support capacity planning and future hiring needs
🎯 Qualifications & Skills
- 3-5+ years of experience leading service delivery teams in recruiting, staffing, or professional services
- Proven ability to drive results through team leadership rather than individual execution
- Strong operational discipline with the ability to enforce processes and standards
- Clear, direct communication style with confidence managing multiple stakeholders
- Experience resolving operational conflicts and delivery challenges
- Track record of improving efficiency, structure, and execution quality
- Comfortable operating in fast-moving, high-accountability environments
