About the Role:
The Marketing Specialist (Paid Ads) will act as a strategic partner responsible for driving paid growth and enhancing digital visibility. This role goes beyond execution, requiring a strong understanding of the home services market, content trends, and performance-driven marketing. The ideal candidate is proactive, data-driven, and capable of guiding content direction while optimizing paid campaigns across multiple platforms.
🔑 Key Responsibilities
• Build, manage, and optimize paid advertising campaigns on Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and YouTube
• Develop and execute TikTok content strategy focused on engagement and education
• Re-edit and optimize raw video content into platform-specific formats such as Reels, Shorts, and TikTok
• Analyze campaign performance, track ROI, and optimize ad spend efficiency
• Monitor competitors and industry trends to maintain a competitive edge
• Collaborate with the internal team by requesting specific content aligned with trends and campaign needs
• Ensure alignment between paid media efforts and overall marketing strategy
• Continuously test and iterate on ad creatives, messaging, and targeting
🎯 Qualifications & Skills
• Minimum of 3+ years of experience in social media management with a strong focus on paid ads
• Experience in home services, construction, or restoration industries is highly preferred
• Fluent in written and spoken English
• Expert-level proficiency in Meta Business Suite, YouTube Ads Manager, and TikTok platform dynamics
• Strong video editing skills with the ability to create engaging short-form content
• Analytical mindset with experience in tracking performance metrics and ROI
• Strategic thinker with the ability to contribute ideas and challenge existing approaches
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of marketing initiatives
• Strong understanding of digital marketing trends and audience behavior
