Performance Bonuses:

About the Role
The Real Estate Appointment Setter is a crucial, client-facing position designed to manage and optimize our outbound sales funnel. Operating a high-volume power dialer (Enzo Dialer), you will be responsible for turning raw property lists into qualified acquisition opportunities. This is not a passive data-entry job; it is a results-driven sales position where your success is measured by the quality of the appointments you secure.
This role begins as a part-time position (approximately 20 hours per week) with an explicit track to transition into a full-time role as lead volume and performance hit key milestones.
Key Responsibilities
- High-Volume Outbound Calling: Screen and call through large, targeted off-market property lists using our provided dialer software (Enzo Dialer) to find motivated sellers.
- Lead Qualification: Engage property owners in casual, fluent, and unscripted conversations to accurately assess their motivation to sell.
- Appointment Setting: Successfully convert cold conversations into high-quality, pre-qualified appointments for our acquisitions team, booking directly into the client's calendar via Calendly.
- Objection Handling: Confidently navigate pushbacks, rejections, and confrontation with professionalism, resilience, and emotional intelligence.
- Data Management: Maintain accurate, real-time records of call activity, lead dispositions, and appointment details in our provided Google Sheet tracking system.
Qualifications & Skills
- Experience: 1–2 years of experience in cold calling, outbound phone sales, or appointment setting. Direct experience in US real estate wholesaling or investing is highly preferred.
- Language Skills: Elite English fluency with strong active listening capabilities.
- Dynamic Script Execution: Ability to confidently utilize a structured call script while maintaining a natural, engaging, and unscripted conversational flow.
- Cultural Alignment: Highly attuned to US culture and communication styles to build immediate rapport with American property owners.
- Work Style: Independent, highly self-motivated, and deeply results-driven. You care about the outcome of the call, not just the dial count.
