Role: UGC Content Creator (Short-Form Ads)

🚨 What This Role Actually Is
We’re not looking for influencers.
We’re looking for killers who can sell through content.
You’ll be creating short-form video ads (15–60 seconds) that drive:
- Booked calls
- Qualified leads
- Hires
This is direct response, not “aesthetic content.”
🎯 What You’ll Be Creating
- TikTok / Instagram-style vertical videos
- Talking-head + POV + storytelling style ads
- Hook-driven, scroll-stopping content
You’ll be given scripts.
🔥 What We’re Looking For
You’re a fit if:
- You can hook attention in the first 3 seconds
- You understand how to sell without sounding like an ad
- You can film clean, clear, confident videos
- You can produce content FAST and consistently
💰 Pay Structure
- Per video OR per batch (based on experience)
- Performance bonuses available
