About the Role

As an Admin Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting both the clinic and its patients by ensuring smooth and efficient administrative operations.

This position is ideal for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced healthcare environment. You will help manage patient coordination, maintain accurate records, and ensure that all administrative processes—from scheduling to specimen handling—are completed accurately and on time.

Your role will directly contribute to maintaining the clinic’s high standards of care and patient satisfaction.


Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct patient follow-ups and ensure all required paperwork is complete

  • Coordinate the timely mailing of hair and specimen samples

  • Schedule and manage appointments with accuracy and professionalism

  • Respond to patient inquiries and maintain excellent communication

  • Manage and update spreadsheets, reports, and administrative records

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth workflow and task completion


Qualifications & Skills

  • Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)

  • Highly organized with strong multitasking abilities

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy

  • Tech-savvy; comfortable using spreadsheets, scheduling tools, and admin platforms

  • Self-starter with strong follow-up and accountability

  • Required: Prior experience in healthcare, medical administration, or patient coordination
