You will take ownership of procurement for custom fence projects, with a focus on metal and vinyl materials. Your mission is to guarantee materials arrive before each installation, while also building efficient processes, implementing SOPs, and driving automation through inventory software.

🔑 Key Responsibilities
📦 Strategic Procurement
Manage the end-to-end procurement process for metal and vinyl materials, ensuring all orders align strictly with project installation schedules.
🤝 Vendor Management
Source multiple quotes, negotiate competitive pricing, and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure priority service.
✅ Quality & Accuracy Assurance
Audit vendor orders for 100% accuracy. You are the final line of defense against delays caused by missing or incorrect components.
📋 Process Engineering
Develop, document, and implement SOPs for administrative and procurement departments to support company-wide scaling.
📊 Inventory Automation
Lead the transition toward automated inventory tracking, leveraging software to maintain real-time visibility of stock levels (including lumber).
🎯 Qualifications & Skills
📚 Experience
Proven background in procurement or supply chain management, ideally within construction, trades, or manufacturing sectors.
💻 Tech-Savvy
Expert-level proficiency in Google Workspace (Drive, Sheets, Calendar).
⚙ CRM/ERP Proficiency
Direct experience with Housecall Pro or similar service-based platforms (e.g., Jobber, ServiceTitan) is highly preferred.

Extreme attention to detail—you understand that a project stands or falls on the presence of a single bolt.
🗣 Communication
Exceptional written and verbal English skills, with the ability to represent the brand professionally to vendors and internal stakeholders.

Your day begins with a deep dive into the project pipeline, reviewing "Sold" contracts and line-item requirements. You will cross-reference project needs with current yard inventory, identifying gaps before they become bottlenecks.
After gathering and analyzing a minimum of three competitive quotes, you will execute purchase orders and closely track shipments.
