About the Role:

  • This role is responsible for driving new business growth through full-cycle sales execution.
  • The position involves working with qualified leads, managing the entire sales pipeline, and consistently closing deals.
  • The ideal candidate is structured, persistent in follow-ups, and highly effective in communication and negotiation.

📌 Key Responsibilities

  • Prospect, qualify, and nurture property management leads
  • Manage the full sales cycle including outreach, presentations, negotiations, and closing
  • Consistently achieve 10 to 15 closed deals per month
  • Use LeadSimple CRM to manage outreach, follow-ups, and reporting
  • Build strong rapport with prospects through clear and professional communication
  • Collaborate with Customer Success and Property Management teams for smooth client handoff
  • Maintain accurate and updated records of leads and pipeline status
  • Track performance metrics and refine sales strategies to improve results

🛠️ Qualifications & Skills

  • Native-level English proficiency required
  • Proven sales experience, preferably in real estate or property management
  • Strong negotiation, objection handling, and closing skills
  • Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas
  • Experience using CRM systems such as LeadSimple or similar platforms
  • Tech-savvy and adaptable to new tools and systems
  • Self-motivated, persistent, and results-driven
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
